La Vivente New Zealand Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
- Standard Shipping with Tracking: $7.00 NZD for a single item and for multiple items will give you the estimate at Checkout.
- FREE Standard Shipping: In any promotional FREE Shipping offer period orders only.
Current Delivery Information:
- Processing Time for In Stock Items: Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order before dispatch. This processing time is included in the estimated delivery times below.
- Processing Time for Pre-Order Items: Please allow 10-15 business days for our warehouse to process your order before dispatch. This processing time is not included in the estimated delivery times below.
- Peak Periods: During busy sale events and New Zealand public holidays, you may experience extended delivery times.
Estimated Delivery Times (Once Dispatched):
- 2-3 Business Days: Nationwide excluding rural New Zealand addresses.
- 3-4 Business Days: For rural New Zealand addresses.
Important Delivery Notes:
- No PO Box Deliveries: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to avoid delays.
- Authority to Leave (ATL):
- All La Vivente New Zealand orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) via Toll.
- This means that if you are not available to sign for your order, Toll will leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address.
- Please Note: By choosing ATL, all risk for the parcel transfers to you upon delivery. La Vivente New Zealand will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been left by the carrier without a signature. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.
Terms & Conditions:
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and New Zealand public holidays.
- Delivery Liability: While we strive for timely delivery, La Vivente New Zealand will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred due to delays caused by our carriers, or by any event beyond our reasonable control or foresight (e.g., incorrect delivery address provided by the customer).
- Shipping Charges & Thresholds: Delivery charges and free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Order Availability: All orders are subject to item availability at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels. In the rare event an item in your order is out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you via email and promptly issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
International Shipping:
- Australia: We offer an Economy (No Tracking) shipping option to Australia. For more details, please refer to the NZ Post “Sending International” Economy section. Please note this service does not include tracking.
- Rest of World: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international delivery to countries other than Australia via our website.
Free Shipping Terms & Conditions:
- No promo code is needed for promotional free shipping. It is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets or exceeds the specified threshold or during a promotional period.
- The free shipping threshold is calculated after any promotions or discounts have been applied to your order.
