Order Processing Times
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days (included in delivery estimate).
- Pre‑orders: dispatched in 10–15 business days (excluded from delivery transit time).
- Delays may occur during sale events and New Zealand public holidays.
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch
- New Zealand Urban addresses: 2–3 business days
- New Zealand Rural areas: 4–5 business days
Delivery Conditions & Liability
- No PO Boxes: please provide a physical street address to avoid delays.
- Delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL) via Toll—parcels may be left without signature.
- Risk passes to you once the parcel is left. La Vivente NZ assumes no liability after delivery.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Within 30 Days)
- Requests accepted up to 30 days from delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty.
NZ Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) & Fair Trading Act
- Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, you are entitled to free remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose—regardless of store return policy.
Start a Return or Exchange
- Inspect items upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or errors.
- We cover return shipping and provide a remedy in line with your statutory rights under the CGA

- We will confirm eligibility and, if approved, send return instructions or a label.
- Item must be prepaid returned. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
- If eligible, you may receive a refund to the original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. If you have not received the refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Final-sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are not returnable for change of mind.
- Items marked non‑returnable at the time of purchase are excluded from change‑of‑mind returns
International Orders
- Only faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return internationally.
- Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted for international orders.
Lost or Delayed Returns
- If your return is lost or delayed, notify us promptly with shipment tracking details.
- If the issue is due to our error, we will offer a refund or reshipment.
Reminder of Consumer Law Precedence
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act cannot be overridden by this policy.
- For minor faults, we may choose repair, exchange, or credit; for major faults, you may insist on a replacement or full refund.
